It is neat to see how Aubrie has really begun to cherish time with family members that she doesn't often get to see. Grammie came to visit while Aaron was on Spring Break. It wasn't too much of a break for him, since he studied for his upcoming Board exams (in May) all week, but it was definitely nice for me to have my mom here to play and help with the kids!
Grammie was helping Aubrie get some stickers from a sticker book she brought for her.
As always, Grammie spoiled us all with delicious meals, fun presents and of course her love! Aubrie even got to pick out her own toy from the Disney store. As soon as she saw this Ariel purse she wouldn't put it down. I couldn't even get her to put it down for shoes or dresses or anything... so that's what she got! She still plays with it every day!
Grammie also got us some fun stuff from IKEA. Aubrie got a Duvet cover for her big girl bed and a table to have tea parties at... and I can't forget the "poof!" SHe got a round pillow for her bed that she cracks up about every time she refers to it as "the Poof!" It is quite hilarious.

I feel so lucky that she was able to come and be with us for a whole week. It went by way too fast. I wouldn't have made it through the week without her, because I had a horrible time dealing with DMV (driver's license issues), and she was there to help out through every step of it. Thanks for such a great week mom and for all that you do for us. You are the best.
Aubrie hasn't stopped asking for Grammie to come back and asking when we can go to Las Vegas. She wants to see all of the family and to play. She is growing up too fast, but in a way it's neat to see her being able to recognize how much she loves the family she has. Until next time!!
